I'm not a coach. I'm a practitioner.
There's a difference. Coaches give you frameworks. Practitioners have lived the outcome of getting it wrong and rebuilt from there. After 20 years leading sales organisations across recruitment, enterprise workforce solutions, and B2B, I've done both.
I've built pipelines from nothing, led teams through market downturns, and opened territories across Australia, the UK, and APAC when there was no playbook and no safety net. I've sat in the rooms where the targets were set and been the person accountable for hitting them. That experience is what I bring to every engagement now.
I started Stolen + Co because I kept seeing the same pattern. Strong leaders, credible businesses, real market presence, but momentum had stalled. Pipelines were inconsistent, BD had become reactive, and the market had evolved while the approach hadn't kept up.
